Wired editor ‘steals’ content for ‘free’ book

Free: The Future of a Radical Price
Wired editor Chris Anderson has been caught plagiarizing from Wikipedia for his new book: Free: The Future of a Radical Price. The book is sold for $26.99. This violates the copyright license governing Wikipedia. Seems quite ironic, isn’t it?
Anderson responded with “this is my screwup… I feel terrible about it.”, and promised to fix everything on the Web. Hyperion, Anderson’s publisher, said that it was nothing about plagiarism but some mistakes.
